mortgage sales manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for expanding and managing mortgage loan business, actively developing new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships

• Handle daily business in the office and arrange meetings with customers at the branch as needed

• Ensure all sales processes comply with regulatory requirements and complete the relevant document processing and listing rules

• Achieve the company's set sales targets, regularly report on business progress and market dynamics

Work requirements

• Must hold HKSI Class 1 and 2 license (178) and IIQE 1235 qualification, with legal qualifications to engage in the sale of securities and insurance products

• Have extensive retail banking product knowledge, familiar with mortgage loans, insurance and investment, etc. related business processes

• Applicants with mortgage or loan-related sales experience are preferred, able to withstand performance pressure and self-motivate to meet targets
