Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and executing the company's overall information technology strategy, supporting business development and operational needs.
Manage and maintain the internal network system, servers and data centers of the enterprise, ensuring system stability and efficient operation.
Lead the development, integration and upgrade of information systems, including ERP, CRM and other key business systems.
Develop and implement information security protection policies, prevent network attacks and data leakage, and conduct regular security audits and emergency response drills.
Lead IT team, coordinate internal and external resources, drive digital transformation projects and monitor project progress and budget control.

Work requirements

Have a bachelor's degree or above in information technology, computer science or related fields, with professional certification being preferred (such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, etc.).
At least 8 years of IT-related work experience, with at least 3 years of management experience, including cross-departmental collaboration and large-scale project management.
Proficient in enterprise network architecture, cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure), server management, and database systems (such as SQL Server, Oracle).
Familiar with information security management standards and practices, with the ability to assess risks, recover from disasters, and plan business continuity.
Have excellent leadership skills, communication skills and problem-solving abilities, and be able to effectively lead the team to achieve its goals and respond to sudden technical events.
