Job Requirements

Have10 years or more durable consumer goods (such as hardware, appliances, outdoor tools, etc.) Production and manufacturing management experience in the field.
MasterISO 9001, ISO14001 Management system, with the ability to handle large-scale assembly line management and complex supply chain scheduling.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong execution ability, and be able to achieve cost control and delivery goals in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
Operational Framework: Design and scale robust production management systems, prioritizing Lean Manufacturing to handle high-volume seasonal demands.
Quality & Safety Stewardship: Total accountability for manufacturing quality and workplace safety, ensuring products meet international consumer safety standards and retail-specific requirements.
Agile Execution: Supervise the end-to-end production flow, proactively resolving bottlenecks in metal fabrication, coating, and assembly lines to ensure on-time delivery.
Cross-functional Synergy: Serve as the strategic bridge between Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and PMC to optimize material throughput and reduce lead times.
Manufacturing Modernization: Spearhead the adoption of automated welding, advanced coating technologies, and sustainable manufacturing processes to maintain a competitive edge.
Fiscal & KPI Governance: Manage the plant’s P&L through aggressive cost control, wastage reduction, and the tracking of key metrics such as OEE, Labor Efficiency, and Material Yield.
Compliance & Audit Readiness: Oversee SOP documentation and process integrity to ensure the facility remains "audit-ready" for international big-box retailers (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BSCI, or SEDEX).
Leadership & Team Growth: Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring department heads and aligning the workforce with the company’s vision for growth in the outdoor cooking market.
Requirements:
University degree (Bachelor’s or higher); a professional background in MNCs or large-scale export manufacturing is highly preferred.
10+ years of leadership experience in durable consumer goods, specifically those involving metalwork, hardware, or outdoor appliances.
Strong command of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; experience managing large-scale assembly and complex supply chain logistics.
Expert-level knowledge of production planning (PMC), inventory management, and manufacturing cost structures.
A pragmatic, "hands-on" leader with high integrity, strong execution, and the ability to manage a large, diverse labor force.
