Conduct one-on-one in-depth communication with potential and signed students and their parents, fully understand their academic background, interests and hobbies, career goals, family expectations, economic budget and overseas study intentions (country, school, major, etc.).
Accurately analyze customers' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, and evaluate their competitiveness in applying for study abroad.
Establish and maintain good customer relationships, earn trust, and become the main contact person for your customers’ study abroad journey.
Personalized study abroad plan design and planning:
Based on customer needs analysis, independent research, screening and recommendation of suitable study abroad countries, institutions and major combinations.
Develop a clear, feasible, and personalized study abroad application planning scheme and timeline (covering school selection strategy, language test arrangements, background improvement advice, application material preparation nodes, etc.).
Provide professional, objective, and detailed information on institutions and programs for comparison and analysis (such as rankings, course offerings, faculty strength, geographical location, employment prospects, tuition and living expenses, scholarship opportunities, visa policies, etc.).
Provide constructive solutions and alternative path recommendations based on different customer situations (such as low GPA, major change, art students, graduate school application, etc.).
Professional advice and application strategy guidance:
Provide core guidance and feedback on the theme, content, and structure of application documents (PS/SOP, recommendation letters, resume, etc.).
Guide customers to carry out effective background improvement activities (such as internships, research, competitions, volunteer activities, etc.), enhance application competitiveness.
Provide interview coaching and simulation to enhance customers’ interview performance.
Addressing the challenges encountered during the application process (such as waiting lists, rejection letters, etc.), and providing timely coping strategies and professional advice.
Answer customer inquiries about study abroad policies, visa procedures, pre-departure preparations, and overseas living, among other things.
Application process management and customer communication:
Clearly explain the application process, service content, contract terms and relevant policies.
Efficiently coordinate internal writing, visa, and other team resources to ensure timely and high-quality submission of application materials.
Proactively and promptly feedback application progress and results to customers, manage customer expectations.
Handling customer inquiries and concerns, providing continuous support and follow-up until the customer is smoothly enrolled.
Professional knowledge update and market insight:
Continuously monitor the education policies, school dynamics, major settings, visa requirements, and employment and immigration trends of major study abroad destinations.
Active participation in training, education exhibitions and industry conferences, constantly updating and deepening the knowledge base of overseas study.
Analyze competitor dynamics and market trends, and provide optimization suggestions for services.
Job Requirements
Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, Education, English, Translation, International Relations, Marketing and other related fields are preferred.
Experience requirement: More than one year of work experience in the study abroad consulting industry, with a successful case of helping students apply to their target schools.
Proficient in at least 1-2 mainstream study abroad countries (such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and New Zealand) application process and school information.
Applicants with overseas study or work experience are preferred.

Language skills: Excellent Chinese expression skills. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities are a must (usually requiring CET-6 or above or equivalent level, those with high scores in IELTS or TOEFL are better), and knowledge of other minor languages (such as Japanese, Korean, German, French, etc.) is an added bonus.
