Store Manager

Duties:

1. Responsible for managing the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring its smooth and orderly operation;

2. Responsible for business data analysis, growth strategy formulation and tracking, leading the team to achieve sales targets and profit targets;

3. Build and maintain good customer relationships, ensuring customer dining satisfaction;

5. Responsible for shift scheduling, flexibly arranging store staff;

6. Supervise and manage inventory, ensure that the store's output, service, and cleaning meet the company's standards;

Requirements:

1. More than 5 years of restaurant management experience, familiar with restaurant operations, those with Hong Kong restaurant management experience are preferred;

2. Have strong business data analysis and profit management abilities;

3. Have strong customer relationship maintenance skills, be able to establish and maintain good relationships with customers, property owners, and property managers, thereby enhancing brand reputation;

4. Have strong result orientation, team management and talent development abilities;

5. Cantonese and Mandarin fluency.
