To ensure that candidates have sufficient rest after work, they will be required to live and work in Shenzhen.</p><p></p><p><strong>Core responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. Responsible for the development, optimization, and deployment of traditional signal processing and lightweight AI algorithms based on embedded platforms (ARM Cortex-M/A series).</p><p>2. Design and implement real-time processing algorithms for tactile sensor signals, including digital filtering, noise reduction, feature extraction, and real-time pattern recognition.</p><p>3. Develop calibration, compensation and data fusion algorithms for tactile sensors, improving sensor accuracy, consistency and temperature stability.</p><p>4. For mainstream tactile sensing technologies such as resistance and capacitance, develop embedded signal demodulation and contact force reconstruction algorithms.</p><p>5. Lead algorithm in sensor terminal's embedded transplantation and performance optimization, ensure real-time and low-power requirements in resource-constrained environments.</p><p>6. Collaborate with the hardware team to complete sensor-computing co-design, participate in the organization and writing of related technical patents.</p><p>7. Responsible for robot system motion control and algorithm development, completing different operation tasks (mechanical arm, dexterous hand, etc.);</p><p><strong>Position requirements</strong></p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Applied Mathematics, and related fields.</p><p>2. More than 2 years of experience in embedded algorithm development or signal processing.</p><p>3. Proficient in C/C++/Python, with the ability to program in<strong>Embedded</strong> Platform deployment and optimization algorithm practical experience. </p><p>4. Solid signal processing foundation, mastering filter design, frequency domain analysis, time sequence signal analysis, etc. methods.</p><p>5. Have experience in developing or deploying lightweight machine learning models, familiar with Ros2, Isaac Sim, etc. frameworks, those who are familiar with them are preferred.</p><p>6. Have good technical documentation reading and writing skills.</p><p>7. Must already hold or be able to obtain the right to legally work in Hong Kong before employment; the work location is in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.</p><p>8. <strong></strong></p><p>o Participated in Robocon/RoboMaster etc. robot competition and responsible for perception or control algorithm;</p><p>o Have complete product development process experience, familiar with the whole process of algorithm from prototype to mass production;</p><p>o Have tactile sensor or related industry algorithm development experience;</p><p>o Familiar with at least one tactile sensing principle and signal conditioning process, such as resistance, capacitance, and optics.</p>
