CRM data support specialist| CRM Data Support Officer
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily update, cleaning, proofreading, and system maintenance of the customer CRM database, ensuring customer data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
Organize and analyze customer data, create regular reports (Reporting) and related marketing support documents
Support the market promotion team in executing CRM daily operations, including activity list screening, customer segmentation, and reach record tracking, etc.
Collaborate with internal departments (such as sales, customer service, marketing) to conduct cross-department data coordination and data synchronization, improving information flow efficiency
Handle customer data system input, status updates, and abnormal record follow-up to ensure system stability and smooth operation
Support general administrative affairs and project execution work, including file archiving, meeting scheduling, material preparation, and on-site coordination of promotional activities
Work requirements
Preference will be given to those with experience in CRM system operation, database management or data input (Data Entry)
Work carefully and cautiously, with a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to maintain data accuracy and processing efficiency in a multitasking environment
Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to clearly understand internal needs and effectively respond
Able to independently plan daily affairs, actively participate in team cooperation, and adapt to fast-paced marketing support work
Proficient in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin reading and communication skills
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or hold a high talent pass, a special talent pass, an IANG visa, a dependent visa or other qualified work permit
