Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the employer's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, screen calls and emails, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate logistics for personal and professional events, such as dinners, conferences, or family gatherings.
- Assist with research, document preparation, expense tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
- Act as a liaison between the employer and external parties, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in administration, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant, preferably supporting high-level professionals.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and common communication platforms.
- Discreet, trustworthy, proactive, and able to anticipate needs with minimal direction.
