Apprentice Maintenance Technician **Welcome fresh graduates** ($16,000 monthly salary + $3,000 newcomer bonus)
Position:

• Assist in the regular maintenance and emergency repairs of cable car stations and their surrounding equipment and systems to ensure the safe and normal operation of cable cars
• Assist and report to the supervisor on the operation or any abnormal situation during the operation and maintenance period
• Applicants must work outdoors at high altitude and on rotating shifts
• After completing a two-year on-the-job training and being evaluated as satisfactory, you will be promoted to cable car maintenance technician and be required to obtain the qualification for operating a cable car (operation and maintenance) according to the regulations (the company will provide training)

Facilities Maintenance Technician($21,650 monthly salary + $3,000 newcomer bonus)
Position:

• Execute daily facility maintenance and improvement repairs, such as building equipment installation, theater ELV systems, and construction engineering
• To execute and inspect implementation projects, troubleshoot and repair facility system failures, and coordinate with subcontractors and internal departments
• Supervise subcontractors on the construction site
  

Requirements:

• Have at least five years of experience in building, property and facilities maintenance; or
• Must hold a diploma or certificate in mechanical engineering/electrical engineering/electronics engineering or building services engineering and at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Applicants who are A-grade or above electrical engineering registered personnel will be given priority
• Preference will be given to those with knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD drawing software (such as AutoCAD)
• Applicants must hold a construction safety training certificate (safety card), which can be obtained at the time of application
• Preference will be given to those with a driving license (category 2)
• Responsibility and high safety awareness
• Have good Chinese communication and writing skills and a little English
  

Mechanical Maintenance Technician($21,650 monthly salary + $3,000 newcomer bonus)
Position:

• Regular major repairs and maintenance of the cable car main frame, cabin and system components
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and solve cable car system problems
• Assist in establishing a classification system for spare parts and determining spare part requirements
• According to need, outdoor high-altitude and shift work, and obtaining the qualification of operating a cable car (operation and maintenance) according to the Cable Car (Operation and Maintenance) Regulations (the company will provide training)
  

Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of relevant maintenance work experience
• Preference will be given to those with a Level A Electrician Registration Certificate (REW)
• Preference will be given to those with a driving license (category 2)
• Applicants must hold a construction safety training certificate (safety card), which can be obtained at the time of application
• Responsibility and high safety awareness
• Have good communication skills and a positive attitude
