Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation of the self-pickup point, including product dismantling, sorting and shelving, ensuring that goods are neatly and orderly placed for quick and easy picking and retrieval.
For all incoming packages, attach the correct label, verify the recipient's information and pick-up code, ensure accurate information, and reduce the risk of incorrect delivery.
Greet in-store customers, assist them in smoothly completing the pick-up process, provide clear instructions and friendly service, and enhance the customer experience.
Handle return services, receive, inspect, package and register returned goods according to standard procedures, and synchronize their status with the logistics system.
Maintain the store's clean and safe environment, regularly organize warehouse areas, and cooperate with supervisors to execute inventory counts and temporary operations support tasks assigned by them.

Work requirements

Have basic Cantonese communication skills, be able to fluently deal with local customers; understand basic Mandarin and English.
Able to handle physical labor, including long periods of standing, handling medium-weight cargo, loading and unloading shelves, and repetitive operations.
Punctual and reliable (including weekends and holidays), with a high sense of responsibility.
Attitude is friendly and polite, paying attention to service details, and able to maintain patience and professionalism during busy periods, following the company's service rules and confidentiality guidelines.
