Assistant Front Of House Manager ( Restaurant)

Job Descriptions:

Supporting the manager in restaurant operations.

Delivering excellent guest service.

Coordinating with all departments for efficient workflow.

Upholding personal hygiene and restaurant cleanliness.

Pre-requisite

To qualify for Front of House Assistant Manager at Toritama (Central), candidates should:

· Have at least 2 years’ Food & Beverage experience in a similar role.

· Know sake and wine; Sommelier certification is a plus.

· Demonstrate strong communication and people skills.

· Show leadership, initiative, and team-building ability.

· Be familiar with Japanese cuisine and drinks.

· Be passionate about learning and professional development.

· Perform well under pressure and during busy hours.

· Speak English and Cantonese; Japanese is an advantage.

· Hold a valid HKID.

· Food Hygiene Manager certification preferred.

Remuneration Packages:

· HK$23,000+ per month with sales target bonus.

· 10 days annual leave, tips, staff meals, and training.

· 6 days off per month, 9-hour workdays plus 1-hour lunch, regular Sunday off
