<p>As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of our beauty treatment machines. You will play a critical role in ensuring our equipment operates at peak performance, sourcing new technology, and contributing to the strategic growth of our service offerings and enhancing client satisfaction.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Regularly check, troubleshoot, and repair machines (e.g., Cynosure, Cutera, Candela) to ensure optimal functionality and safety</li> <li>Research and source new machines and replacement parts, ensuring we stay equipped with the latest technology</li> <li>Conduct regular meetings with the team to brainstorm ideas for new machines and treatments that align with market trends</li> <li>Provide insights and recommendations on how to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, contributing to company profitability</li> <li>Offer expert consultancy to clients on equipment usage, maintenance, and best practices in the field</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to propose new treatments and services<br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or education (e.g., engineering or electronics) is a plus but not required</li> <li>Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in the medical, beauty, or wellness industry</li> <li>Experience with medical beauty equipment (e.g., laser machines)</li> <li>Technical expertise in machine repair and maintenance</li> <li>Strong problem-solving, research, and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Knowledge of beauty industry and technologies trends is a plus</li> </ul>
