Join the dynamic team at Long Yue Electrical and Mechanical Engineering as an (Assistant) Building Service Coordinator / BS Engineer / E&M Project Engineer. In this full-time role based in the Kwun Tong District, you will play a crucial part in the company's Building Services Engineering projects, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality electrical and mechanical installations.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage building services engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and reports to track progress and identify potential issues

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems

• Provide technical support and advice to project teams, addressing any challenges that arise

• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

• Participate in design reviews and offer recommendations for process improvements

What we're looking for

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building services engineering or project management

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection

• Proficient in project management tools and software, such as AutoCAD, BIM, and MS Project

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members

• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Familiarity with local building regulations and codes in Hong Kong
