Part-Time Event Assistant - Part-Time Activity Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute market promotion activities for different brands or venues, such as hosting carnival booth games, exhibitions, etc.

Including venue setup, reception registration, supporting customer inquiries and promotional activity information, etc.

Assist in maintaining activity site order, preparing activity supplies, and ensuring smooth activity operation.

Working location and time:

Hong Kong and Kowloon, as well as the New Territories, have various indoor and outdoor activity promotion points, such as shopping malls and exhibition venues.

Flexible working hours, depending on the opening time of promotional activities (weekday or holiday).

Working hours will vary depending on the needs of different activities.

Salary:

Depending on attendance rate and activity type.

Entry Requirements:

Applicants with experience in assisting in the organization of large-scale outdoor activities or theme park operations will be given priority.

Have enthusiasm, punctuality, responsibility, neat appearance, outgoing and proactive personality, team spirit, and the ability to complete tasks independently.

Able to speak fluent Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin.

Applicants with customer service or product promotion experience and those who can work monthly are given priority.
