Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily patrols of public areas in the building

Handling inquiries from tenants or other building users

Manage contractors, building users and visitors’ entry and exit

First time handling emergency affairs

Prepare daily reports, event reports, etc.

Report emergency situations to the management office

Check the building facilities and report to the management office

Requirements:

Second 5 or above

One to two years of relevant work experience

Able to communicate in Cantonese, simple English, and Mandarin

Better understand how to use a computer

Past experience in property management company

Prioritization for immediate employment

Working hours and benefits:

6:30 am to 6:30 pm or 8:30 am to 8:30 pm

Working six days a week
