Marketing Officer

Job Title: Marketing Officer (Digital Marketing Specialist)
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for content planning and execution of RhinoX Limited's diverse digital pipelines, covering LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Medium/Company blog and industry forums, etc. platforms, producing post copy, visual design, short videos, image carousel and information infographics in diverse formats.

• Collaborate with research, product and compliance teams, plan and execute social media marketing activities, support research report publication, new product launches, online seminars and industry events promotion.

• Maintain and update company website and blog content to ensure compliance with SEO best practices, and enhance natural traffic and professional image exposure.

• Write and schedule the delivery of customer-oriented electronic newsletters and market briefs, ensuring that the content is both professional and readable while meeting compliance requirements.

• Monitor social media platform sentiment and industry topic dynamics, execute daily interaction management (such as comment replies, consultation referrals), and strictly follow the compliance guidelines and virtual asset-related content regulations of the Hong Kong licensed securities broker.

• Coordinate the annual content calendar, integrate research and publication rhythms, regulatory announcements, theme marketing activities and important event schedules, and ensure message consistency and strategic coherence.

• Use Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud templates to create flat design elements; perform basic short video editing (including subtitles, rhythm optimization), support external promotion and internal communication.

• Analyze key indicators for each platform (engagement rate, exposure number, click-through rate, conversion behavior, etc.), generate a concise data report and propose specific optimization suggestions.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree, majoring in marketing, communication, media, business or related fields; fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.

• Those with actual social media operation experience (such as personal brand management, campus clubs, internships or freelance projects) and those who can provide work samples or account links are especially welcome.

• Familiar with Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud basic operations; those with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc. Short video editing experience is preferred.

• Understand the characteristics of LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc. platforms, and be familiar with B2B and institutional-level audiences’ content strategy and interaction logic.

• Have basic data analysis skills, be able to familiarly use the platform's built-in insight tools, Google Analytics, and use Excel or Google Sheets to organize and present reports.

• Those who have previously used Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social scheduling tools are preferred.

• Highly interested in financial markets, virtual assets, and institutional-level services, able to translate technical research content into clear and understandable, persuasive public messages.

• Pay attention to details, and be able to strictly follow brand standards and compliance policies; have multi-task processing skills, time management awareness, and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have the qualifications to legally work in Hong Kong (accepting Hong Kong permanent residents, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, dependent visa, and other valid work permits).
