(1) Employment requirements

1. Focus on high net worth customers and related core channels to conduct sourcing and expansion;

2. Responsible for negotiating and signing cooperation agreements with important customers and channels, combining family customer wealth management, asset allocation, etc. core needs, and formulating customized cooperation solutions.

3. Continuously accumulate relevant resources in the family office industry and financial and real estate fields, maintain key interpersonal relationships within the industry;

4. Track competitors' dynamics and market trends, adjust customer acquisition and collaboration strategies based on business characteristics, and ensure a competitive advantage in the market.
