Full-time Deputy Manager (Japanese ramen shop; causeway bay)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the store manager in managing daily store operations

Responsible for processing and preparing food or general floor work

Control the quality and hygiene of food products

Supervise employees to keep the store running smoothly Basic file processing

Entry Requirements:

Education level is not limited

Have 2 years or above of front-line dining experience (with management experience or front-line work experience in a Japanese ramen shop is preferred)

Independence, sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills

Basic computer operations skills

Working hours:

Shifts and breaks; straight shift; 10 hours per shift ( 9 hours of work + 1 hour of paid mealtime) ; monthly 6 days off

Salary

Base salary HK$18,300 + monthly business bonus + attendance bonus + half-year business bonus = average monthly salary usually above HK$20,000
