Bike maintenance specialist (shared bike platform)

A. Job Responsibilities

1. Vehicle dispatch and clearance

   • According to backend data, clear and divert congested vehicles in hotspots such as subway exits and business districts;

   • Execute morning and evening rush hours and holiday vehicle scheduling to ensure supply and demand balance.

2. Fault diagnosis and repair

   • Roadside inspection, handling common faults such as chain drop, brake failure, and loose screws;

   • Shared electric bike battery replacement and simple maintenance;

   • Mark and transport to the warehouse vehicles that cannot be repaired on site.

3. Cleaning and maintenance of order

   • Clean the car body of small advertisements and stains, adjust the height of the car seat;

   • Regularly place vehicles to ensure that the front of the car is facing the same direction and not blocking the blind spot.

4. Lost vehicle search

   • According to the backend positioning, find the vehicles that have been illegally occupied, hidden or abandoned.

5. Digital response and attendance

• Healthy body, able to adapt to outdoor physical work;

• Proficient in using smartphones and common apps;

• Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, and able to communicate basic skills;

• Applicants with experience in delivery, takeout, logistics, etc. outdoor work are preferred.
