Job Description

Assist the property manager in handling daily management affairs, including patrolling, visitor registration and access control.
Monitor the safety of the building, ensure that all facilities are operating normally, and immediately handle any sudden events.
Execute regular inspections to ensure that cleaning, greening and maintenance work within the property meets the standard.
Assist in handling tenant inquiries and complaints, providing professional and polite services.
Support large-scale events with security and order maintenance work.

Have secondary three education or above, those with relevant property management or security experience are preferred.
Can adapt to a 9-hour work schedule, which requires shift work.
Must hold a valid security guard certificate and safety card.
Have good communication skills, be able to have basic conversations in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Responsibility, able to handle emergencies independently.
