Job Responsibilities

• In-depth fundamental analysis and financial analysis of target industries and individual enterprises

• Independent or collaborative teams complete business plans (BP), project proposals, and initial public offering prospectuses by writing the business sections, ensuring that the content is professional, logical, and meets the regulatory disclosure requirements

• Continuously track the evolution of financial regulatory policies in Mainland China, Hong Kong and major international markets (such as Securities Regulatory Commission guidelines, Stock Exchange listing rules, SEC regulations, etc.), and evaluate their practical impact on the customer's industry and capital operation strategy

• Proactively monitor global and regional industry news, M&A dynamics, market sentiment changes and major events, and provide a concise and action-oriented internal briefing to the team in real time

• Highly responsive team temporarily delivering urgent tasks, including data extraction, model updates, presentation material preparation, and cross-time zone conference support, while balancing accuracy, timeliness, and professional presentation quality

Work requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, law or other related fields; those with CPA, ACCA or CFA qualifications are given priority

• Those with financial consulting, auditing, investment banking or corporate financing-related practical experience, especially those with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, Hong Kong IPOs, U.S. stock listings or other international capital market project execution experiences, are preferred.

• Chinese and English at native language level, able to write high-quality business documents (including BP, IM, prospectuses, management layer presentation slides, etc.) independently in both languages, and with the ability to participate in high-level English business negotiations and cross-cultural collaboration

• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with a permanent resident status in Hong Kong, or already holding a high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/return to Hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG) and other effective Hong Kong work qualifications
