Job Description
  • Responsible for collecting students’ tuition fees, ensuring accurate and error-free billing processes and properly recording related information

  • Explain course content, registration procedures, and other relevant matters to students and parents, providing professional consultation services

  • Assist with student enrollment and registration procedures, verify the completeness and correctness of application information

  • Support other administrative affairs of the office, coordinate communication and document delivery between departments

Work requirements

  • Able to type Chinese and familiar with the use of Word, Excel, etc. office software

  • Have good communication skills, be able to clearly explain course information to students and parents

  • Work carefully and systematically, with a sense of responsibility and the ability to handle daily administrative tasks independently

  • Applicants with customer service experience or educational institution work experience may be given priority for employment

Working hours

  • Monday to Wednesday: 13:30-21:30

  • Saturday: 9:30-17:30

  • Sunday: 10:00-17:00

  • Every Friday and Saturday we take a break
