Responsibilities
• Plan and execute offline activities (health lectures, experience activities, community activities, etc.)
• Coordinate the venue, supplies, suppliers and staff
• Close collaboration with the customer service team to enhance activity conversion rates
• Pre and post event promotion and data analysis
• Control activity budget to ensure the event is completed smoothly
Entry Requirements
• Priority will be given to those with event coordination/marketing promotion experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Interested in health and community services
• Good Chinese and English skills
Salary and benefits

Training schedule
Applicants will be provided with free on-the-job training, including company business recognition, activity processes and customer service cooperation, etc., and then trained by senior colleagues.
