As our customer base continues to grow, we hope to hire suitable candidates to join our dynamic sales consulting team.<br><br><br>Job Description:<br><br>- Establish and maintain good relations with customers, understand employer needs and provide suitable foreign helpers for interviews.<br><br>- Conduct interviews with foreign domestic helpers and make selections.<br><br>- Follow up on employer satisfaction and domestic helper situation after they enter the house.<br><br>- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and explore business opportunities.<br><br><br>Requirements:<br><br>- Have employment center sales experience.<br>- Enjoy communication and interpersonal skills. <br>- Able to empathize, build and maintain good employer relationships.<br>- Self-motivation and able to achieve sales targets.<br>- Able to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.<br>-Able to communicate and interview with domestic helpers in English.<br><br>We provide competitive salary and benefits, including a base salary of $18,000-$30,000 plus commission (starting at $1,200 per order) , 12 days off, 5 days work, birthday leave and bank holiday, career development and promotion opportunities.
