IT Support / Technical Support

<p>Our client is looking for a young and energetic IT support to join their team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide general office IT support on daily operations</p></li><li><p>Provide<strong>1st and 2nd line technical support</strong>for server hardware, applications, and network systems.</p></li><li><p>Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support</p></li><li><p>Provide daily routine servers and workstation checking</p></li><li><p>Manage system installation, configuration, and maintenance in:</p></li></ul><p>1)Windows ServerandLinuxenvironments</p><p>2)MS SQL Server,MySQL,Tomcat, andJava-based applications</p><ul><li><p>Support end user for solving issues in their PC/mobile operating systems (OS), hardware, applications</p></li><li><p>Work rotatingmorning/night shifts(on-call standby included).</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology or equivalent</p></li><li><p>2years of relevant experienceis preferred</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills including spoken and written English and Chinese</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of <strong>MS SQL Server</strong>,<strong>MySQL</strong>,<strong>Tomcat</strong> , <strong>Java</strong>, <strong>Windows Server</strong>and<strong>Linux. </strong>And basicknowledge in <strong>SQL</strong></p></li><li><p>With experience in managing server and running DevOps will be given priority</p></li><li><p>Familiar with financial market operationswould be an advantage</p></li></ul>
