Health supplement quality control manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality control of the entire process of health food production, ensuring that the product meets the national regulations and enterprise quality standards

• Monitor various types of health products (such as tablets, capsules, powders, oral liquids, etc.) at key quality control points during production

• Coordinate R&D, production and procurement departments to ensure quality consistency of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products

• Organize and conduct product quality review meetings, provide professional opinions to support product release decisions

Work requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of local Hong Kong food and health supplement work experience

• Applicants with quality control or quality management work experience in the health food industry, familiar with the registration regulations and GMP requirements for health foods, are preferred.

• In-depth understanding of various health supplement dosage forms, their process characteristics and quality control points, and the ability to independently judge product status and quality risks

• Have strong on-site problem analysis and solving skills, and be familiar with using QC tools for quality data analysis

• Able to use Mandarin as the main working language, while fluently using Cantonese and English for written and oral communication

• Strong sense of responsibility, with good cross-departmental collaboration awareness and team management skills
