Passenger Service Officer

Main responsibilities

• Check-in passengers and provide reception services

• Check-in at the passenger terminal, Hong Kong or Kowloon Airport Express Station and Hai Tian Passenger Terminal

• Answer inquiries at the service counter

• Provide services to passengers at boarding and arrival gates

• Manage human flow at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and transfer counter

• At the smart check-in counter and self-service baggage check-in facilities, assist passengers with their check-in procedures

Entry Requirements

• Hong Kong Secondary School Entrance Examination / Diploma Examination or equivalent academic qualifications

• Have good communication skills including English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
