Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Project Site Team to ensure project progress aligns with schedules and quality standards.

• Liaise with the Company Design Team to interpret drawings, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design intent.

• Support the Sales Team by providing project-related technical input, documentation, and solutions to fulfill main contractor requirements.

• Conduct site inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of control and automation systems.

• Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and records of site activities.

• Assist in project planning, material procurement, and on-site supervision when needed.

• Ensure all engineering works comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering , Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in project execution or site coordination (fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered).

Good understanding of electrical or control system drawings.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
