Job Responsibilities:

• Accompany the elderly or those in need to hospitals, clinics or other medical institutions for follow-up visits, examinations or treatments, and assist with registration, medication pick-up, payment, etc. processes.

• Provide personal support during consultations, including observing changes in physical condition, assisting with communication and examination, recording medical orders and paying attention to drug instructions.

• Provide safe and reliable round-trip transportation services, on time and tailored to individual mobility needs (such as wheelchair assistance, boarding and alighting support, etc.).

Requirements:

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese in a clear, patient and polite manner, with basic listening and expression skills, and able to understand common medical vocabulary.

• No academic qualifications are required, nor are relevant work experience requirements set; enthusiastic and sincere, strong sense of responsibility, and empathy are welcome.

• Good health and mobility, able to cope with 2 to 8 hours of daily work (which can be negotiated according to personal circumstances, including morning or afternoon shifts)

• Have basic time management skills, be punctual and reliable, be able to independently execute tasks and adapt to different service environments (such as hospitals, community centers, homes, etc.).

• The hourly wage range is HKD 60 to 90, calculated based on actual working hours.
