(Senior) Events Coordinator / Assistant Event Manager

Here’s the opportunity for you:

• Monitor all project developments from inception, planning and design, tendering and construction, to completion

• Provide consultation and superior project management services for exhibition/event/interior fitting-out/mega sports projects

• Maintain Client liaison and work with the team to ensure adherence to the standards of operations

• Manage and control the opening, refurbishment and maintenance projects schedule and cost, ensure the works are completed on time and within budget

Are you ready for the opportunity?

• University graduate in any disciplines

• Min. 2 yearsrelevant projectexperiencein exhibition/event/interior fitting-out/mega sports projects or with relevant work experience in agency, exhibition or event company

• Previous experience in navigating complex large enterprise and global organizations will be an advantage

• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Highly organized–ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure

• Good team player with resourceful mind
