Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of e-commerce platforms (such as Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, Shopee, Amazon, etc.), including product listing, page optimization, promotion planning and execution;
- Monitor sales data, traffic conversion rate, user behavior, etc. core indicators, regularly output analysis reports and propose optimization suggestions;
- Collaborate with design, customer service, warehouse and supply chain teams to continuously improve product display, post-purchase experience and logistics efficiency;
- Plan and execute on-site promotion activities (such as homepage resource position competition, discounts, red envelopes, live streaming with goods, etc.), enhance store exposure and conversion rate;
- Track industry dynamics and competitive product strategies, combine brand positioning and target customer group characteristics, and formulate phased operating goals and implementation plans.
Requirements:
- Have solid data analysis skills, familiar with using Business Consultant, Jingmai, Shopee Seller Centre, Google Analytics or similar data tools;
- Have good cross-department communication and coordination skills and project driving force, be able to independently coordinate multiple tasks and ensure on-time high-quality delivery;
- Have basic image aesthetics and copywriting skills, and be able to collaborate with design to complete the planning and optimization of the main image, product details page, and event posters.
