Main Duties
•Assist the restaurant assistant manager in executing and supervising all service processes and standards, completing daily opening and closing and cash collection work.
Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager in implementing and overseeing all service processes and standards, and complete daily opening, closing, and cashiering tasks.
• Lead a service area and ensure that the area is flawlessly served.
Lead a designated service section to ensure flawless service delivery.
•Provide guests with detailed information about the menu, daily specials, and recommended pairings, and complete accurate orders.
Introduce the menu, daily specials, and recommended pairings in detail to guests, and take orders accurately.
•Proficient in executing dining skills and services.
Execute dining service skills proficiently.
•Guide and assist service personnel in this area to complete service work.
Guide and assist service staff in the assigned section to complete their duties.
• Perform a final quality check on food and drinks before they are served.

Recruitment requirements
Job Requirements
• More than 2 years of experience as a high-end restaurant server.
Minimum 2 years of server experience in high-end restaurants.
• Proficient in Chinese and Western service processes, familiar with service skills.
Proficient in both Chinese and Western service procedures with strong technical skills.
•Have in-depth understanding of ingredients and cooking techniques for dishes.
In-depth knowledge of ingredients and culinary techniques.
•Have basic knowledge of wine and be able to work well with sommeliers.
Possess basic wine knowledge and capable of collaborating effectively with sommeliers.
•Strong leadership potential, strong sense of responsibility.

•Fluent English and Cantonese communication skills, as well as Mandarin proficiency.
