Accouting Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable, account payable, accounts reconciliation for HK company and overseas subsidiaries.
• Responsible for checking sales / purchase invoices, verification, data input.
• Involve in payment and collection cycle including payment processing, staff reimbursement, receivable settlement, bank and sales reconciliation, reconciliation with trade vendors and customers.
• Support month-end closing activities, prepare month-end accounts schedules.
• Support Ad hoc as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, and any related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ solid experience in handling full sets of accounts.

• Proficient in MS excel and Accounting software.
• Strong command of both spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Well-organized, proactive, creative and result oriented
