AI Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, testing and technical implementation of artificial intelligence and algorithm modules, focusing on the R&D work of specific technical modules.

• According to the predetermined technical scheme, perform model training, hyperparameter tuning, and result verification to ensure that the model performance meets the design requirements.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy, integrate and debug the algorithm in the actual system environment.

• Systematically organize experimental data, test records, and model performance indicators, and write clear and complete technical documentation.

• Under clear research and development directions and technical routes, execute specific development tasks and deliver results on time.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Engineering or related fields.

• Have 2 to 5 years of research and development experience in artificial intelligence or algorithms, those who have actual project participation experience are preferred.

• Familiar with common machine learning or deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and model development tool chains.

• Have good programming skills, familiar with Python or other mainstream languages for algorithm implementation.

• Able to complete modular development tasks independently under the existing technical architecture, with team collaboration and communication skills.
