Responsibilities
• Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and wealth managers.
• Expand the client base through networking and business development initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to clients.
• Identify new opportunities and follow up proactively to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and report regularly on performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Tech teams to enhance client satisfaction.
• Establish strategic partnerships with distribution channels.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of relationship management experience in wealth management for HNWIs and family offices.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Self-driven, persistent, and highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
• Proficiency in a wide range of financial products.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build credibility with senior financial executives.
• Sales-oriented, results-driven, and resilient under pressure.
• Fluency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
