Legal Assistant (Part Time 2 days)

Job duties:

1/ Assist in the review of commercial agreements to identify potential legal and compliance risks.

2/ Monitor updates to laws and regulations, and support the implementation of necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance, including updating internal policies.

3/ Support the preparation and revision of training materials related to legal and compliance matters.

4/ Provide general administrative and ad hoc support as required.

Requirements:

1/ Current law student at a reputable Hong Kong university, preferably in the third or fourth year of an LLB programme, or a PCLL student.

2/ Strong communication skills, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

3/ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

4/ Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Engagement Details

1/ Duration: 3 to 6 months (from Jun, 2026)

2/ Commitment: Approximately 8 to 16 hours per week
