<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p></p><p>The Officer Trainee Programme is a well-structured program to groom and develop the Officer Trainees in a systematic and comprehensive manner within the Property Management industry.</p><p>During the 18 months, the Officer Trainees will undergo 4 comprehensive development programs including:</p><ul><li><p>Orientation Course</p></li><li><p>Mentorship by Senior Management</p></li><li><p>Attachment to various Department and Sites</p></li><li><p>Facilitation Learning – Business specific knowledge and management competencies</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p><p>·Bachelor Degree or above in any disciplines</p><p>· Fluency in written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese</p><p>·Proficient in MS Word & Excel</p><p>·Strong self-motivation and strong learning capability</p><p>·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p><p>Fresh graduates are welcome</p>
