<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li></li><li>According to the production plan, allocate packaging tasks reasonably and follow up on work progress in real time to achieve production capacity targets.</li><li>Strictly enforce packaging quality standards, regularly inspect product appearance, weight, label and packaging integrity.</li><li>Responsible for on-the-job training and skills guidance for new employees, improving the team's overall operational proficiency.</li><li>Record and report to the supervisor any abnormal situations, equipment problems, and related production data during the packaging process.</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have secondary five education or above, those with food manufacturing or packaging related experience are preferred.</li><li>Familiar with Chinese pastry product characteristics and basic food safety standards.</li><li>Have basic leadership skills, able to effectively coordinate team members to complete tasks.</li><li>Master basic computer operations skills, fill out application forms and view production instructions.</li><li>Work seriously and responsibly, pay attention to details, and be able to adapt to shift work and high-repetition work environment.</li></ul>
