<p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Based on the company's strategy, develop a company-level product planning and roadmap, deeply understand the capital market trend, user needs, competitive landscape and regulatory policies, and identify high-value product opportunities and potential risks.</p></li><li><p>​Lead a cross-functional team to complete product full life cycle management, ensuring that product features achieve the best balance between user value, business value, technical feasibility and compliance.</p></li><li><p>​Develop and manage a talented product management, user experience design, and product operations team; establish efficient product processes, collaboration mechanisms, and decision-making systems, and enhance team overall effectiveness and innovation. </p></li><li><p>Responsible for product market positioning and competitiveness, promoting cross-departmental collaboration, and using data analysis to drive product optimization and business growth.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with compliance risk control and technical teams to ensure product compliance, and promote technical innovation (such as AI Agent, intelligent investment advice) landing.<br></p></li></ol><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li><p>Have more than 10 years of product management experience, of which at least 5 years should be spent in the Internet financial technology, fund, securities and other related financial services industry as a senior product management position.</p></li><li><p>Experience in leading a cross-functional product team of 50 people or more, with the ability to cohere the team, drive consensus and execution, and deeply involved in the design/optimization of a fintech SaaS product.</p></li><li><p>Have excellent strategic thinking and business acumen to transform goals into product strategies, with deep user insights and product design abilities.</p></li><li><p>Able to deeply understand technical architecture and AI application in finance, deeply understand financial risks and actively manage product-related risks (compliance, operations, technology).</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above (with a preference for computer science, engineering, finance, economics, and business management), with entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, stress resistance, and a curiosity for quickly learning new technologies.</p></li></ol>
