Hong Kong cosmetics merchant operation supervisor

One. Job Responsibilities

2. Responsible for Hong Kong local distribution business, negotiate and match local beauty stores, supermarkets and other distribution customers, follow up on orders, delivery and payment, and maintain customer relationships.

3. Manage Hong Kong physical stores, supervise employees’ daily work (sales, display, sanitation), establish basic operating standards for stores, and ensure normal operation of the store.

6. Coordinate Hong Kong company core business data statistics, monthly summarize import, distribution, store retail data, and form basic operating reports.II. Job Requirements

1. Age 25-50 years old, college degree or above, 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in Hong Kong cosmetics import, retail or distribution is preferred.

2. Familiar with the Hong Kong cosmetics import compliance process, the Health Department's registration rules, and the retail industry's operating standards, and understand Hong Kong's tax and labor foundation laws.

3. Have good communication and negotiation skills, be able to independently negotiate distribution customers, those with Hong Kong local beauty industry customer resources are preferred.

4. Able to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (basic reading and writing), and to operate office software (Excel, Word, PPT) fluently.

Three. Salary and benefits

1. Monthly salary: HKD 15,000 - 23,000 (base salary, no performance bonus during the start-up period), monthly average HKD 22,500.

2. Benefits: The company pays 5% MPF (company's share) according to Hong Kong's statutory standard, with no extra allowance, team building, or 3-month trial period (trial period salary is 80% of the base salary).

3. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30-18:30 (1 hour lunch break), weekend off 1 day, and public holidays are observed according to Hong Kong law.
