Job Description

I do repair and renovation work, and I hire a painter. The main job is to apply a coat of plaster, oil, and magnetic paint.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for various repair and renovation engineering painting construction, including wall surfaces, ceiling, woodwork and metal components, etc. Surface treatment and coating.
Proficient in executing the plastering (skimming) process to ensure a flat, smooth, sand-free and crack-free base, meeting the requirements of subsequent painting.
Apply oil-based magnetic paint (magnetic oil) according to the process specifications, control the dilution ratio, number of coats, drying time, and sanding points to achieve a uniform and full finish with consistent gloss.
Conduct on-site inspections, material estimates, process instructions, and stage inspections in accordance with engineering progress to ensure quality and schedule are met.
Properly manage personal tools and leftover materials, keep the work area clean and orderly, and follow construction site safety regulations and environmental protection operation requirements.

Work requirements

Have more than three years of practical experience in indoor/outdoor renovation engineering painting, familiar with the whole process of plastering and oil-based magnetic paint construction, those who are familiar with the whole process of plastering and oil-based magnetic paint construction are preferred.
Stable gestures, careful responsibility, clear quality awareness of surface flatness, corner sealing, paint film uniformity, and color difference control.
