客戶服務專員 Conversion and Service Representative (22K - 28K)

<p></p><p></p><p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Responsible for customer inquiries and telephone sales (no need for Cold Call), processing inquiries and complaints</p><p>· Provide stable and high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction</p><p>· Executive document support and participation in temporary projects</p><p>· Maintain and update customer information according to requirements</p><p></p><p><strong>Position requirements</strong></p><p>· F.5 Hong Kong Secondary School Entrance Examination / F.6 Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education, or equivalent academic qualifications</p><p>· At least 2 years of banking/financial industry customer service or Call Center experience, those with credit card business experience are preferred</p><p>· Those with a background in telesales are preferred</p><p>· Good communication skills, customer-centric, and problem-solving skills</p><p>· Have team spirit</p><p>· Must be fluent in Cantonese, good English, and Mandarin abilities</p><p>· Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications</p><p></p>
