Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing professional and efficient solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level.
Through various channels such as telephone, email and face-to-face communication, provide customers with product and service information, and assist customers in understanding related processes and terms.
Record and follow up customer cases to ensure that all service requests are processed and responded to on time, and regularly update case progress.
Coordinate internal departments such as operations, technical support and finance to solve cross-departmental problems and improve overall service collaboration efficiency.
Participate in customer service process optimization work, propose improvement suggestions, and assist in improving service quality and operating efficiency.

Work requirements

Applicants with a university degree or above, majoring in business, marketing, management or related fields, will be given priority.
Have at least 2 years of customer service or related work experience, those with team collaboration or supervision experience are preferred.
Familiar with computer operations, proficient in Microsoft Office software, and able to quickly learn the internal system of the company
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, stress resistance, and problem-solving abilities, be able to respond to sudden situations and maintain a professional attitude.
