Clothing store sales position responsibilities<br>One. Sales target achievement<div>1. Complete the monthly, quarterly and annual sales tasks assigned by the company, and actively promote in-store goods/services. <br><br>3. Participate in promotion activity execution, ensure maximum activity effect. <br><br><br>1. Greet customers warmly and provide professional product introduction, try-out experience, and after-sales service. <br>2. Establish customer profiles, regular follow-up and maintenance, and enhance customer repurchase rate and loyalty. <br>3. Properly handle customer complaints and suggestions, and maintain brand image. <br><br>Three. Store operation support<br>1. Responsible for product display, replenishment, inventory management, and ensuring that goods are abundant and displayed beautifully. <br>2. Keep the store environment clean and meet the company's image standards. <br>3. Assist with daily sales data input and report submission. <br><br>Four. Market and competitive product feedback<br>1. Collect customer feedback and market dynamics, and report to the store manager or supervisor in a timely manner. <br>2. Monitor competitive product sales strategies and propose improvement suggestions.</div><div><br>Five. Team collaboration<br>1. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, share sales experiences, and assist in new employee training. <br><br><br>Job Requirements<br>- High school education or above, those with sales or retail experience are preferred;<br>- Have good communication skills, service awareness and stress resistance;<br>- Proficient in using POS machines, cash registers, and basic office software;<br>- Good image, affinity, and able to adapt to shift work. <br>Clothing experience is preferred</div>
