Sky and sea transfer building passenger service officer

The SkyPier Terminal (English: SkyPier Terminal) is an important ancillary facility of Hong Kong International Airport, located in the northeast of the airport, integrating cross-border ferry terminal and land parking lot into one, providing convenient "sea and air transportation" and "land and air transportation" services. It is operated by Hong Kong International Airport Terminal Services Limited, a joint venture between the Pearl River Delta and Macau. We are committed to providing efficient and smooth flight transfer services to transit passengers from the Pearl River Delta and Macau.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer passenger inquiries and provide quality customer service;

• Second 5, good Cantonese; general Mandarin and English conversational level; work with enthusiasm and initiative, good communication skills, and sincere and polite to travelers.

• Extra food, bonuses, medical benefits, overtime allowance, and typhoon bonus, with 6-10 days off per month.
