Car dealership sales manager/assistant sales manager

Job Description:<br>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales manager to lead our car dealership. This is a hands-on leadership position, fully responsible for the success of our retail business. The ideal candidate should be a professional with driving qualifications, in-depth knowledge of cars and enthusiasm, who can drive sales, manage daily store operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.<br><br>Main responsibilities:<br><br>· Sales and business development:<br> · Responsible for the sale of new cars, used cars, automotive parts and accessories.<br> · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.<br> · Build and maintain long-term, stable customer relationships.<br>· Store operations and management:<br> · Fully responsible for the daily operation of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. <br> · Manage vehicle and parts inventory levels. <br> · Maintain store display standards and ensure a clean and orderly store environment.<br> · Process opening and closing procedures, cash management, and daily sales reports. <br>· Customer Service:<br> · Professionally and promptly handling customer inquiries and complaints.<br> · Adhere to the highest customer service standards, build customer loyalty and positive brand reputation.<br><br>Entry Requirements:<br><br>· Have experience as a car industry sales manager, store manager or related position.<br>· Must hold Hong Kong 1 and 2 driving licenses and have good driving experience.<br>· Strong interest in and relevant work experience in automobiles, familiar with automotive operations and parts knowledge.<br>· Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills. <br>· Have good business operations and inventory management knowledge.<br>· Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks and effectively solve problems. <br>· Proactive, customer-oriented.<br>· Fluent in Cantonese, understanding Mandarin and English is preferred.<br><br>We provide:<br><br>· Competitive base salary and generous commission/performance bonus.<br>· The opportunity to play a key leadership role in a vibrant environment.<br>· Broad professional development space. <br><br>Application method:<br>Interested applicants should send their detailed resume and expected salary to partsloongwah@gmail.com or call 9757-9463 Mr. Fong or 6681-9798 Ms. Wang for further discussion
