Employment Consultant Supervisor

Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Coordinate and manage daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient execution of various business processes.</li><li>Responsible for matching foreign domestic helpers with employers, providing professional advice and arranging interviews based on their needs.</li><li>Follow up on foreign domestic helpers after their employment, including coordinating and resolving labor and capital issues, renewal or replacement arrangements.</li><li>Monitor the performance of the consulting team, provide guidance and training to improve service quality.</li><li></li></ul><br>Work requirements<br><ul><li>Have at least 5 years of relevant human resources intermediary or foreign domestic worker service industry experience, those with management team experience are preferred.</li><li>Familiar with Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance and foreign domestic worker visa regulations, able to accurately answer legal questions.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, able to effectively handle conflicts and complaints between employers and domestic helpers.</li><li>Have basic computer skills, familiar with commonly used office software and customer management systems. </li><li>Able to speak fluent Cantonese, understand written Chinese, and have basic English communication skills is ideal.</li></ul>
