<p>Hong Kong company and Hong Kong labor contract, Shenzhen office</p><p>Job Responsibilities:<br></p><p></p><p>(2) Perform structural simulation analysis and lead prototype testing and reliability verification (vibration testing), to adjust sensor manufacturing processes and material selection;</p><p>(3) Collaborate with the hardware (HW) team on sensor integration (e.g., electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, sensitive element isolation) ;</p><p>(4) Promote design for production (DFM)/design for assembly (DFA) (involving injection molding/die casting/CNC machining), manage bill of materials (BOM), tolerance analysis, and supplier technical coordination;</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>(1) Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related professional bachelor/master's degree;</p><p>(2) More than 3 years of precision mechanical design experience (those with sensor / microsystem design experience are preferred) ;</p><p></p><p>(4) Proficient in SolidWorks/Creo (preferred) and simulation tools (such as ANSYS/COMSOL);</p><p>(5) <strong>Have the right to legally work in Hong Kong, working location: Shenzhen, Nanshan District;</strong></p><p>(6)<strong>Prioritization</strong></p><p>● Proficient in materials mechanics, geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T), and tolerance stack-up analysis;</p><p>● Familiar with IEC/IP standards and failure analysis methods;</p><p>●Have experience in mechanical design of elastic materials/inertia/MEMS sensors;</p><p>● Have multi-physics (thermal-structural-electric) coupling simulation capability;</p><p>● Applicants who have participated in Robocon, RoboMaster or similar robot competitions will be given priority. </p>
