Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, general reception work
Handle customer appointment matters and schedule care time
Answer general customer inquiries
General administrative work, preparing reports
Entry Requirements:
One year of beauty salon customer service and receptionist experience is preferred
Understand beauty B2B systems
Familiarity with Chinese and English input methods and basic computer operations
Responsibility, manners, and team spirit
Excellent service attitude, positive and proactive
