Job Description

Responsibilities:

Follow-up sales leads to close the deal and meet the target;
Handle daily sales operation, such as quotations, order arrangements, after-sales services;
Handle customers inquiries and complaints;
Participate in marketing and promotional events;
Complete related paper works and reports timely;
Coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction;
Various ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in sales/customer services
Good communication skills both spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus
Accurate English & Chinese typing are essential;
Polite, solicitous and positive thinking;
Details-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently;
Immediate available is highly preferred.
